Our reader feedback has been very stimulating - for instance, Glen McMaster in his Insider Column makes the point that no new poultry products have emerged for a long time, and this caused us to think - yes, he is right.... when last did you see a new poultry product on the shelf? There's a great gap here for some entrepreneur.... .

We are also still gathering information about our 'alternative value chain'. This is leading to some startling revelations which we are collating into a research document. We always look for new insights and opinions, so please get in touch if you have something to say.
